Q: How did you get into photography?

A: I went to photography at the age of 10 years, thanks to astronomy. Although it may seem strange, the picture was the only thing that allowed me to "catch" my greatest passion of those times: the planets and the stars. In fact I did give the telescope to observe what I saw, but it was not enough to me more slowly and so was born in me the desire to photograph them.
Many of my companions thought the football class, but I even then had a clear idea, even at that age I knew what I wanted to be great: I wanted to be a photographer!
For this the age of 19 I left for Belfast, in Northern Ireland, in love with the "lunar" landscapes of Ansel Adams with the desire and intention to take photographs like him.
Let's say that, like all young teenagers, I still had a lot to learn about this and I have so much to thank my Master then Jim Moreland who, with his severity and his great technical knowledge, made me grow up a lot.
I studied then more in those years at Queen's University in Belfast and after several experiences in the field of photography, in 2002 I opened my photo studio in Perugia.

Q: What does it mean to you to be a wedding photographer? And how would you define your style of photography?

A: Being a wedding photographer for me means being able to express my creativity during marriage I feel free to express myself. Only by following their own taste you can find your own style and tastes that make us different from all the others. The bride and groom in fact rely on a photographer who knows how to "interpret" their emotions and has its own recognizable style. I would not know how to define my style of photography, because during the marriage using very large styles to each other, from the preparation of details, to report to close at torque artistic portraits: every moment has his technique, but it's like we photograph them what we distinguished. I chose MagMod to photograph these moments with advanced flash techniques in a jiffy: thanks to the magnetic system of magnets can change the light with many different types of accessories in a simple and practical, re-lights during the day comparable to the exposure room.

Q: How do you use the May Mod products in your services?

A: During my services use the MagMod products to create interesting contrasts of light and color: for example, I like to send the background an off-camera flash with a MadGel blue or orange and illuminate the subject with another flash (always off -double) with MadGrid to concentrate light only on them. This allows me to have two sources of light and different colors in a single photograph. This means that the viewer's eye is directed to look at where I have decided to focus the light. In a marriage if you reinterpret scenes that are created by the flash can be created visually compelling photographs.
